III. Basic Qualifications

1. Adhere to the principles of academic impartiality and ethics with no record of academic misconduct, and maintain rigorous academic attitudes; 2. Hold a doctoral degree or associate senior professional title or above, with a stable research direction and in-depth research accumulation in the relevant field; 3. Have published academic achievements in the past three years, be familiar with international journal review standards, and be capable of conducting independent peer reviews; 4. Be committed to the international development of the journal and able to complete manuscript reviews, academic consultations and development suggestions on schedule with high quality; 5. Open to applicants of all nationalities and institutional backgrounds, including senior experts and outstanding young scholars worldwide.

IV. Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct independent peer review of manuscripts in relevant research fields and deliver objective, impartial and professional review comments; 2. Participate in the formulation of journal academic standards, column planning and frontier topic discussions, and provide professional support for the high-quality international development of the journal; 3. Enhance the journal's global academic influence by recommending high-quality manuscripts and participating in international academic exchange activities; 4. Strictly abide by the journal's review management system and confidentiality regulations to uphold the impartiality and professionalism of academic review.
